Sun tracker technology is one of the mechatronic devices to optimize electrical energy rays from sun's by directing solar panel plane follow direction. This research aims design and manufacture an effective dual axis sun so as maximize absorption energy. The benefits provide a concept mechanical prototype with capacity 200 Wp which able detect light sources using CSD60-B DC motor in driving system. method Conceptual Design used product development analysis produced systematically regularly. results on resulted structural 3 main components, namely horizontal vertical legs components well effectiveness work applied prototype. specification dimensions length 1494 mm, width 1024 use shaft diameter 57 mm pillow block UCP212-26 support for axis, component 1200 transmission 60 2 units UCF212 shaft, have 1508 1008 height 548 mm. obtained application drive system 123.16% 89.38% component.
